Finance
Finance plays a critical and central role within the company to work towards our strategic goals. Within the team are a range of roles providing expert business partnering, financial management & controls with fantastic opportunities for you to build strong relationships with colleagues across all business and operational teams. -
Insurance
Our Insurance roles are broad, designed to equip our customers with everything they need to feel confident. We offer motor and home policies, operating a diverse panel of underwriters including The AA’s in-house underwriter. We also offer a range of financial services including AA Cars, a trusted vendor of used cars. Whether it’s Claims, where you’ll ensure our customers can count on support when they need it most, Pricing, where problems are solved and customer outcomes are improved, or The AA Driving School, where new customers can start their driving journey, Insurance is a world of opportunities. -
Chief Operating Office
The Chief Operating Office comprises various key teams for The AA. Three of these are IT, Data and Digital which are fundamental to how we proactively modernize and integrate technology into our day to day operations and ways of working now and for the future. The Transformation team leads & enables cohesive and strategic decisions on how we invest and project manage major delivery and change. Roles within these teams will be fast moving and exciting, with an opportunity for you to be at the forefront of our continued progress. -
Specialist Functions
Across HR, Procurement, Marketing, Legal, and Risk and Compliance, our specialist functions cover the widest range of essential services that keep our business running smoothly. All of these teams will partner closely with business leads, enabling collaboration and high performance while at the same time providing you with an environment within which to learn and grow in your career.
