Never a dull moment behind the scenes!
A couple of months ago, we started the initial thinking that lead to the brand new careers site.
There were many factors taken into consideration when planning the new site, driven largely by new technology, new job seeking habits and a greater emphasis on providing an intuitive, personalised and engaging candidate journey.
We spent two full days onsite with the Oldbury team, who provided a number of willing colleagues to appear as extras! Here’s a few photos of the experience…
